Yes, while drop offs are allowed at the airport, pickups are prohibited. All pickups must necessarily be done at any of our car parks. Vehicles left unattended will be clamped, towed and a fine imposed.
The Medical facility at KIA (Airport clinic) is located 500m from the terminal. The facility has well trained doctors and nurses to respond to any medical emergency. Ambulances are also available to convey severe medical emergencies to nearby hospitals.
It is safe in most cases. However, it is important to check and clear with your physician before you travel. Please check on the airline for any restrictions.
It is advisable to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to the departure of a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international flight.
Yes, KIA has foreign exchange counters at international arrivals, departures and airport square.
A “lost and found” office can be located at the arrival ramp area.

Information center service is available 24 hours 7 days in a week.
The services of registered and hiring taxis are available at the airport ( around Aerostar).
